Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for supporting us by shopping at manesbymiller.com, receiving service in-person & or utilizing affiliated links. We want to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If, for any reason, you are not entirely satisfied with your service or order, we offer a hassle-free return policy, subject to the terms and conditions outlined below:
Eligibility:
1.1. To be eligible for a return, the product(s) must be purchased directly from manesbymiller.com or in-person in salon. We cannot process returns for products purchased from third-party retailers.
1.2. The product(s) must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. We cannot accept returns for products that have been used, damaged, or tampered with.
1.3 Services rendered in-person/in-salon are not eligible for refunds in any capacity. NO EXCEPTIONS.
Return Period:
2.1. You may request a return within 14 days from the date of delivery or in-person purchase. After this period, we may not be able to process your return.
Return Procedure:
3.1. To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
a. Contact us at manesbymiller@gmail.com Subject Line “Customer Support” and to request a Return Authorization (RA) number.
b. Pending all eligibility is within our set peramiters, our team will guide you through the return process and provide you with the RA number.
c. Carefully package the product(s) to be returned, including all original accessories and documentation (please keep a copy for your records), and write the RA number on the outside of the package.
d. Ship the package back to us using a trackable and insured shipping method. You are responsible for the return shipping costs.
Refund or Exchange:
4.1. Once we receive and inspect the returned product(s), we will process your refund or exchange, based on your preference:
a. Refund: If you choose a refund, we will credit the original payment method used for the purchase, excluding any shipping charges, within 7-10 business days from the receipt of the returned product(s).
b. Exchange: If you prefer an exchange for a different product of equal value, we will ship the replacement once we receive the returned item.
Damaged or Defective Products:
5.1. If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our Customer Support Team by following the above procedure within 14 days of delivery. We will arrange for a return or replacement, and any return shipping costs will be covered by Manes By Miller.
Non-Returnable Items:
6.1. For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items are non-returnable. These include, but are not limited to, opened cosmetics, skincare products, hair care and personal care items. Please review the product descriptions and information on our website before making a purchase.
Refusal of Returns:
7.1. Manes By Miller & Manesbymiller.com reserves the right to refuse a return if the product(s) if said product(s) do not meet the eligibility criteria or if the return procedure is not followed correctly. In such cases, we will notify you and return the product(s) to you at your expense.
Changes to the Return Policy:
8.1. We may update or modify this Return Policy from time to time. The most current version will be posted on the manesbymiller.com website.
